a serene spa on Mercer Street where affordable, easily accessible solace can be
found, offers peaceful pampering and service in an environment that encourages
relaxation - without the intimidation many women feel and associate with other
high-end spas.
Founders Gabrielle
Ophals and Audra Senkus wanted to create a "beauty retreat" by
providing an indulgent atmosphere, superior customer service (with prices that
are not prohibitive), and great accessibility.
While building their
unique product and treatment menu for Haven, Gabrielle and Audra sought
the highest industry standards and used both research and experience to
determine elements that would satisfy the demands of their clients. In designing
their "beauty retreat" their goal was to create a place where clients
would be able to withdraw from their every day stresses. |

With separate areas for
meditative and restorative services, the spa offers treatments and products that
are more than just a temporary fix, but clients leave with a lingering sense of
well being and real solutions to their concerns and needs.
Haven's logo, an
ancient symbol for water - water being the essence of life and health - was
chosen to convey Audra and Gabrielle's philosophy: Keeping with what is natural
and pure.
